FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to road construction technologies for obtaining surface road pavement composition and can be used for application and pressing of coating with subsequent hardening. In the method of preparing asphalt-concrete mixture, which includes introduction of fiber fibers, first, into the operating mixer, a mixture of dry components is introduced at ambient temperature in ratio, %: crushed rock 20–60, one of the following types of fiber: basalt, polyacrylonitrile, their mixture at ratio of total amount of fiber added, %: polyacrylonitrile 60–95 and basalt 5–40, 0.07–0.6, sand – the rest, stirring is continued for 30–60 seconds; then bitumen is added to oil road liquid of slow-drying one of grades: MG 40/70, MG 70/130 in amount of 0.2–1.8 % at its temperature of 90–100 °C; after 15–20 seconds, water is added to the mixer in amount of 3–12 % and mineral powder in amount of 4–12 % at ambient temperature, while continuing to stir for 10–15 seconds; completing the process by adding oil road viscous to bitumen heated to temperature of 140–160 °C one of the following grades: BND 200/300, BND 130/200, BND 90/130, BND 60/90, BND 40/60 in amount of 3.4–11.4 %, after which the mixture is mixed for 20–30 seconds. Invention is developed in dependent items of the formula.

EFFECT: improvement of strength parameters of mixture at reduction of prime cost.
