FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of road construction materials. In the method of preparation of an asphalt concrete mixture for coatings, involving introduction of fiber fibers, into the mixer introduced are dry, preheated to temperature of 140–180 °C at a ratio of %: crushed rock 20-20, one of the types of fibrous fiber: basalt, polyacrylonitrile, mixture of basalt and polyacrylonitrile fibers at their ratio of their total weight, %: acrylonitrile fiber 60–95, basalt fiber 5–40, sand – the rest, stirring is continued for 30–60 seconds, then road viscous bitumen is added one of brands: BND 200/300, BND 130/200, at its temperature of 110–140 °C in amount of 0.2–1.8 %, while continuing to stirring for 15–20 seconds; after which, while stirring for 10–15 seconds, the mineral powder heated to about 180 °C is introduced into the mixer in amount of 4–12 % of the total amount of the produced mixture; completing the process by adding oil road viscous to bitumen heated to temperature of 140–160 °C one of the following grades: BND 90/130, BND 60/90, BND 40/60 in amount of 3.4–11.4 %, after which the mixture is mixed for 20–30 seconds. Invention is developed in dependent items of the formula.
EFFECT: improved process parameters of the mixture, including resistance to external loads and shear resistance of coatings arranged from mixtures.
