SUBSTANCE: invention relates to solutions drying method to produce a granular product having increased hygroscopicity. In a catalyst drying and calcining unit comprising a plunger pump for supplying the mother solution, an impurity separation filter, a spray dryer for drying and granulating the catalyst from the solution, battery cyclones to catch the finished product and send it to the screw or belt conveyor of the dried product, the return draft flow is sent to the Venturi scrubber to collect it into the tank from the bunker part of the scrubber as a slurry and from the drop catcher, and the pump supplies the solution to the scrubber, wherein the fan feeds the drying agent to the calcination unit through the heat generator, and the separator supplies the dried product to the pneumatic transport cyclone, wherein the calcination unit is designed to create a two-stage temperature mode of calcination and to provide a regulated catalyst holding time in each stage: first stage is provided by feeding the drying agent to the upper part of the device, the vapor-gas medium contacting the catalyst particles is supplied to the lower part of the device, and the finished product enters the product cooler, wherein the scrubber with the drop catcher is intended for the final dust collection process of the return draft and cleaning of the drying agent discharged into the atmosphere, wherein the unit is equipped with a waste heat carrier purification system, a finished product cooling unit, a unit of dosed feed, transport of the product inside the installation, finished products bunker and other units that create the necessary infrastructure for a complete installation, wherein the wet initial product supplying system is made in the form of acoustic nozzles, each of which contains a housing with an internal acoustic oscillation generator in the form of a nozzle and a resonator, nozzles for supplying air and liquid, acoustic oscillation generator is made in form of conical nozzle coaxial with housing and having annular throttle opening with external diameter dc formed by nozzle cut and resonator rod with diameter dst and an annular volumetric resonator of length h, formed by a resonator rod and a cylindrical cavity with an outer diameter dp in the fastener, wherein the space of the cavity resonator is spaced apart from the nozzle section at a distance b, and the air supply pipe is perpendicular to the axis of the housing and is connected to an annular cavity formed by the roller and the housing inner surface, while on the roller a cage with throttling holes is fixed coaxial with the annular throttle opening, as well as coaxially fixed resonator rod, and sprayed liquid is supplied through branch pipe perpendicular to housing axis into annular hollow formed by casing and outer nozzle surface, wherein one end of the casing is made solid and is connected to the casing, and at the other end, enclosing the conical nozzle, orifice holes are made coaxial with the ring orifice hole, wherein on the side opposite to the cavity resonator an adjusting device is provided in the form of a handwheel with a gland, which is mounted on the free end of the roller, an external diffuser is coaxially attached to the nozzle casing, and an internal perforated diffuser is coaxially attached to the annular cavity resonator fastening element with the resonator rod so, that output sections of external and internal diffusers lie in one plane perpendicular to annular volume resonator axis.
EFFECT: increasing the efficiency of drying and calcination processes.
