SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of agriculture and land reclamation. Method includes soil-free, soil-protective tillage of the soil with a ripper to a depth of 70 cm and application of 80 tons/ha of manure for basic processing in grass-and-grass plow rotation. In this case, the depth and direction of the soil treatment is determined on the basis of the topographic survey of the field, by which the depth of the depressions is set and the specific catchment area after which the fields are broken down according to the following characteristics: 1st category – with a specific catchment area of 1:3 and 2-nd category – with a specific catchment area of 1:5-7. In the lower part of the field of the 2nd category, a non-working discharge channel is performed. Then, in the fields of the 1st category, chiseling is carried out 40–45 cm across the slope of the terrain without water dumping, and in the fields of the 2nd category, a deep, unprotected soil-protecting loosening is carried out for 60–70 cm along a slope with no more than 50 % water dumping. And to prolong the aftereffect of deep soil cultivation, 80–100 tons of organic fertilizer is applied to every hectare of flooded area.
