SUBSTANCE: process variable measuring transducer (260) for sensing the technological variable of the process fluid in the industrial process includes the process gasket (200), that has the surface, which is designed in order to form some sealing with the surface of the process tank. Process gasket (200) is exposed to the impact of process fluid through the opening in the surface of the process tank. Process variable sensor (220) is held by the process gasket (200) and is adapted to sense the technological variable of the process fluid and provide the output signal (222) to the sensor. Measuring circuit (282), which is connected to the process variable sensor (220), provides the output signal of the process variable transducer, which depends on the perceived output signal of the process variable. Moreover, the process gasket includes the part that is formed in order to accommodate the sensor within the process gasket.
EFFECT: technical result is the reduction in the number of compounds that are required in order to connect the process variable sensor to the process fluid.
