SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of process control, more specifically, the present invention relates to an insulating diaphragm or a membrane related to the type used for connection of a control instrument of process control to an industrial process. System comprises a process pressure converter housing, a process pressure transducer in the process pressure transducer housing, a metal flange configured to be mounted on the process vessel in which the process fluid is located, and an insulating diaphragm attached to the metal flange and exposed to process fluid through an opening in the process vessel. Wherein the isolating diaphragm comprises a region of the surface for laying the polymer diaphragm, connected to the structured bonding region on the metal surface of the metal flange, capillary channel carrying filling fluid medium from insulating diaphragm for transmitting process pressure to pressure sensor.

EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of diaphragm protection, improvement of sensitivity to applied pressure signal.
