SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to physiotherapy, namely to methods of electroimpulse impact on a living organism. Method of adaptive electro-impact includes installation of electrodes on the tissues of a biological object and transmission of bundles of electrical stimuli through them, formed by means of an inductive storage device in the form of an inductor, or a transformer or autotransformer, controlling the duration of the impact and / or parameters of the stimuli, depending on the parameters of free oscillations, arising in the oscillatory circuit formed by the accumulator inductance and inter-electrode tissue impedance, in the first embodiment of the method the parameters of free oscillations are measured during the impact of the current stimulus bundle and, in accordance with the results of these measurements, parameters of the stimuli in the same bundle and/or in any subsequent stimulus bundles are controlled, including controlling the start of the next stimulus in the bundle, depending on the phase of free oscillations of the previous stimulus. In a second embodiment, the free oscillation parameters of the last stimulus of the bundle are measured. In the third embodiment of the method, at the end of the bundle and before the beginning of the next one, a probing stimulus is formed, the parameters of its free oscillations are measured.

EFFECT: use of the inventions provides higher electro-impact effectiveness.
