FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, specifically to neurology and physiotherapy, and can be used to relieve peripheral neurogenic chronic pain syndrome. Method comprises exposing the patient’s pain point to a weak alternating magnetic field with magnetic induction of 200–400 mcT. Frequency of exposure is individually selected during the first 3–5 minutes of exposure in the range of 10–180 Hz based on the effect of reducing pain, with exposure after setting individual parameters of exposure during one procedure lasting 20–30 minutes.
EFFECT: method provides relief of pain syndrome with minimal parameters of magnetic field effect due to trophic, antiedemic, analgesic, anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic, lymphatic drainage effects.
