SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely physiotherapy. A method involves ultraviolet radiation (UVR) and general magnetic therapy with underlying base therapy. An injury area is exposed to ultraviolet radiation. For this purpose, ultraviolet radiation in dose 3 to 5 biodoses is used. The procedures are performed once a day for 5 days. The general magnetic therapy implies using low-frequency pulse travelling magnetic field of frequency 100 Hz. Magnetic inductance makes 10% to 80% of the maximum 3.5 mT. The exposure length is 20-25 minutes. There are performed 4-5 procedures a week. The therapeutic course is 8-10 procedures.

EFFECT: method reduces inflammatory process, reduces manifestation of pain syndrome, extremity oedema, intensifies the repair processes ensured by recovered microcirculation, reduces intensity of the asthenic-neurotic disorders, as well as enables prevention of disease recurrences ensured by correction of the immune disorders.
