FIELD: medicine; physiotherapy.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to provide a scientifically based approach to the use of various types of magnetic fields and magnetic therapy techniques in integrated treatment and rehabilitation of patients, having undergone surgical interventions. Method comprises assessing the presence of a comorbidity, accompanied by a disturbed systemic haemodynamics, assessing the state of the postoperative wound, presence and degree of lymphatic edema according to classification by Grushina T.I. are determined. Level of thermal asymmetry of the upper extremities, assessment of pain syndrome intensity by visual-analogue scale (VAS), severity of the state by hospital alarm and depression scale (HADS) are determined. Presence of asthenoneurotic disorders is detected. Type of magnetic therapy is selected subject to the following criteria: if there is a local edema within the postoperative suture, lymphatic edema above 1 degree according to Grushina T.I. classification, upper asymmetry of upper extremities more than 1.0 °C, the total value for each sub-scale HADS below 8 points, intensity of pain syndrome by VASS scale more than 5, as well as in the absence of accompanying pathology accompanied by disturbed systemic haemodynamics, and absence of asthenoneurotic disorders, local low-frequency magnetotherapy is prescribed; in the presence of lymphatic edema of 1 degree according to classification Grushina T.I., thermosymmetry of upper extremities below 1.0 °C, pain intensity index by VAS score less than 5 and total score for each subscale of the HADS scale of 8 points or more, presence of asthenoneurotic disorders and accompanying pathology, accompanied by disturbed systemic haemodynamics, procedures of general magnetic therapy are prescribed; in the presence of lymphatic edema of 1 degree or higher than 1 degree according to classification Grushina T.I., thermal asymmetry of upper extremities is more than 1.0 °C, intensity index of pain syndrome by VAS score less than 5, total score for each subscale of HADS scale of 8 points or higher, accompanying pathology, accompanied by disturbed systemic haemodynamics, presence of asthenoneurotic disorders is ensured by local magnetic therapy followed by general magnetic therapy.
EFFECT: method enables to select a type of magnetic therapy and determine a therapeutic technique at the stage of early rehabilitation of patients, achieve more pronounced and stable clinical effect, optimize volume of rehabilitation measures.
