FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: device includes a storage facility, driven by a drum with a cylindrical surface, equipped with sections designed to hold the fish during transportation, a puller. The drum (12) is mounted on a shaft (15) which is formed with an internal cavity and the fish holding areas are made in the form of plates (13) with internal refrigerant cavities, connected in series with the tubes (14) to form a refrigerant circuit, the supply and discharge channels (30, 31) of which are connected to the inner cavity of the shaft (15). The storage facility (2) is provided with a loading tray (1) and is installed under the drum (12) on a perforated base (3) fixed to the rod (5) of the lifting cylinder (8). The storage facility (2) is made of transparent material with perforated bottom for leaking water. Lift cylinder (8) is equipped with a shield (7) with sloping surfaces for water drainage. To determine the level of fish in the storage facility (2), oppositely mounted laser source (10) and photodetector (11) are used. The device is provided with an orienting inclined plane (28), on the upper part of which a stripper (16) is fixed on the holder (32), the stripper is made in the form of a filament (25) connected to the heater and arranged to slide alternately along the surfaces of the cooled plates while the drum rotates for warming and separating the frozen fish trunks. The device is provided with an directory conveyor (17) mounted obliquely and equipped with guides (18), behind the conveyor there is an outfeed conveyor (19) equipped with trays (20) and device (21) for obtaining a video image with a trip unit (22) mounted on it next to which a return conveyor (4) connected to the loading tray (1) of the storage facility (2). The device is provided with a control unit (9) connected to the lifting cylinder (8), a laser source (10), a photodetector (11), an orienting conveyor (17), a discharge conveyor (19), a video image obtaining device (21), a trip unit (22) and the return conveyor (4).
EFFECT: reduction of raw materials traumatization in the process of separation.
