The means for orienting the fish comprises a receiving tray and a tray for directing the oriented fish, which are connected by a rotating organ of the device for changing the orientation of the fish, made in the form of a drive equipped with a horizontally oriented disk. The loading conveyor is made vibrating and equipped with scrapers made with oval recesses on the working surfaces. The device also includes devices for obtaining video images of fish located in front of the outlets from the trays, and devices for removing damaged fish carcasses, including rotary plates connected to the stepper motors.
