SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of manufacture of physical shape carriers according to a geometrical or mathematical model, namely to a polymer three-dimensional object of a complex shape, composed of parallel layers with a height h, sequentially formed of a liquid photo-polymerized composition cured layer-by-layer under the action of light emission, and attached one to another during photo-curing. At the same time, the object contains a system of randomly located open pores interacted in the entire volume of the object, both along each layer and between layers. The invention also relates to a method for the manufacture of a porous polymer three-dimensional object of a complex shape.
EFFECT: provision of maximum interaction of randomly located open pores in a polymer three-dimensional object composed of layers sequentially formed of a liquid photo-polymerized composition cured under the action of emission, increase in a speed and accuracy of formation of the porous three-dimensional object in general.
