FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction in earthquake-prone areas of buildings and structures. Rod for the brick wall panel is damped in the form of coaxially arranged cylindrical shells, between which are coaxially arranged tubular damping elements of the vibration damping material, to the ends of which rigid stops are rigidly attached, while the density of the layers of the vibration damping material is less than the density of coaxially arranged cylindrical shells, coaxially arranged cylindrical shells of the reinforcement damping rods are perforated, and polyurethane is used as vibration dampening material of tubular damping elements. Flat rigid stops that connect the end faces of coaxially arranged cylindrical shells are made of a combination of at least three layers: the lower and upper layers are rigid, and the third layer located between them is made damping, and the inner cavity is filled with a set of at least two damping disks coaxially disposed with the cylindrical shell, and between the damping disks at least one cylindrical helical spring is located. As a vibration damping material of the cylindrical shell of tubular damping elements, polyethylene or polypropylene is used, and the internal cavity between damping disks and flat rigid stops is filled with crumb of vibration damping materials: rubber, cork, polystyrene, nylon, foamed polymer, plastic type "Schwim" with the size of fractions of crumb 1.5÷2.5 mm, filled with elastomer, for example polyurethane, or from a continuous damping material in which sponge rubber is used, or a needle-punched material such as "Vibrosil" based on silica or aluminoborosilicate fiber, or a nonwoven vibro-damping material, the third layer of flat rigid abutments joining the end faces of coaxially arranged cylindrical shells is made of a damping and consisting of a vibration damping material, for example polyurethane, or foamed polymer, or crumbs of vibration damping materials: rubber, cork, polystyrene, nylon, foamed polymer, plastic type "Schwim" with the size of fractions of crumb 1.5÷2.5 mm and is filled with an elastomer, for example polyurethane. Damping disks are located on the elastic axis coaxially located with the cylindrical shell, on a free fit with a gap, the internal cavities between the damping disks and flat rigid stops are filled with crumb of vibration damping materials, and the cavity between the damping disks in which the cylindrical helical spring is located is filled with polyurethane.
EFFECT: increased seismic resistance of brick wall panel.
