FIELD: environmental protection.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to environmental protection, namely, to the use of surplus activated sludge of purification plants of domestic sewage, characterized in that the surplus activated sludge is stabilized, compacted, disinfected and dehydrated, a hazard class that should not be higher than IV is established, the composition and concentration of biogenic elements in surplus activated sludge are determined, the rate of surplus activated sludge introduced into the soil is calculated and the sufficiency of assimilable forms of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium is established, the potassium deficiency in surplus activated sludge is eliminated by introducing potash fertilizers into it, liming of oil-polluted lands on acidic soils is carried out to obtain values of pH close to neutral, surplus activated sludge with potash fertilizers is applied in oil-polluted lands under plowing, irrigation and soil maintenance in a wet condition are produced, industrial control of the soil is conducted.
EFFECT: increasing the efficiency of the process of biological recultivation of oil contaminated soils through the integrated use of surplus activated sludge formed in purification plants of domestic sewage, with potash fertilizers.
