FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture field, in particular to recultivation, mining and construction. The soil contains soil waste, peat, sand, sawdust and wood waste. Additionally contains sewage treatment plant sediments, limestone flour and organic fertilizer at the following ratio of components, vol.%: soil waste 45-55, peat 15-25, sand 5-15, sewage treatment plant sediments 8-12, sawdust and wood waste 6-10, limestone flour 8-10, organic fertilizer 0.6-1. As soil waste, soil waste of hazard classes IV-V is used, selected from soil waste during excavation, soil waste removed during repair of railway track, soil contaminated with oil and petroleum products, soil laboratory research waste, waste during the neutralization of oil-containing waste. Sediments from biological sewage treatment plants of household and mixed sewage or waste from rainwater wastewater treatment are used as sewage treatment plants.
EFFECT: invention provides a homogeneous and environmentally safe technical soil for recultivation of disturbed lands through effective use and disposal of hazard classes wastes IV-V.
