FIELD: construction materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of cement hardening processes and can be used to control the quality of concrete and reinforced concrete products. Sample of the initial dry cement is closed with water and subjected to hardening in air-wet conditions. At different intervals of the cement hardening process, after 3, 14, 28 days, the electron spin resonance spectra are recorded and the concentration of the spin centers is calculated. Concentration of the spin centers of the test sample of cement is determined by comparison with the spectrum of the pre-tested ruby rod. Analogously to the test sample, the concentration of the spin centers of the control sample is determined. Initial dry cement is taken as the control sample. Then, the index of the change in the concentration of the spin centers of cement hardening and the index of the change in the degree of hydration are determined. Degree of hydration of the SGi of the cement in the i-th time of hardening is the SGi = ƒMi, where ƒ – the golden ratio of proportion, equal to 0.618034; Mi – indicator of the degree of hydration.
EFFECT: it is possible to determine the degree of hydration of cement at any stage of the hardening process.
