FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: fast-hardening construction compound based on steelmaking slag is designed for repair and restoration work. achieved technical result is a reduction of the setting time and an increase in the strength of solidified mixture. Fast-hardening construction compound contains mass percentages of the components: portland cement – 55–65 %; steel-smelting slag – 25–30 %; gypsum – 10–15 %. As steelmaking slag electric steel-smelting slag is used, aged for 6–8 months under normal conditions (otherwise, stabilized electric steelmaking slag), subjected milling to a specific surface of 5,200 cm2/g before introduction into the mixture.
EFFECT: mixture is prepared by co-grinding the components to a specific surface of 6,770 cm2/g.
