where R35, R36, R37, R38 and R39 designating a hydrogen atom independently from each other, C1-C6 alkoxy group, halogen atom, C1-C6 alkyl group, C1-C6 haloalkyl group, C1-C6 haloalkoxy group, a C1-C6 alkylthio group, C2-C6 haloacyl group, nitro group or cyan group; R2, R3, R4 and R5 independently represent a hydrogen atom; R6 is a C1-C3 alkyl group, C3-C4 cycloalkyl group, halogen atom, C1-C3 haloalkyl group, a C2-C3 alkenyl group, C1-C3 alkoxy group, C1-C2 alkylthio group or C2-C3 alkynyl group; R7, R8 and R9 independently represent a hydrogen atom; R10 represents a methyl group; and X represents an oxygen atom. Invention also relates to a plants pathogen control agent, a plants pathogen control method, to tetrazolinone compounds and to pyrazole compound.

EFFECT: new tetrazolinone compounds of the formula (1) effective against insect pests and fungi were obtained.
