SUBSTANCE: invention relates to novel compounds of formula (I), which can be used against insects and ticks. In formula 
(I), A1, A2, A3 and A4 independently denote C-R4 or C-R5, provided that only one of A1, A2, A3 and A4 denotes C-R4; R1 denotes C1-C6-alkyl or C1-C6-halogenalkyl; R2 denotes hydrogen, C1-C4-alkyl or C1-C4-halogenalkyl carbonyl; R3 denotes hydrogen; G1, G2 and G3 denotes oxygen; R4 denotes a cyano group; R5 denotes hydrogen; Q denotes a moiety of formula 
(II) or 
(III), where Y1 and Y5 independently denote a halogen, C1-C6-alkyl or C1-C4-alkoxy-C1-C4-alkyl; Y2, Y4 denotes hydrogen; Y3 denotes C1-C6-perfluoroalkyl; Y6, Y7 and Y9 independently denote hydrogen, C1-C6-alkyl, and Y8 denotes C1-C6-halogenalkyl.
EFFECT: invention also relates to an insecticide or acaricide composition and a method of controlling insects and ticks.
