FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: tank body is made of two half-bodies (4, 5), in which the bellows are installed (6, 7). The end corrugations of the bellows are hermetically connected to covers (8, 9) provided with stroke limiters (10, 11) located in gas cavities (G1, G2) of the half-bodies (4, 5). On the other side, the corrugations are rigidly fixed on the end frames of the half-bodies, so that a cavity and an annular gap are formed therebetween to provide supply of component into the liquid cavity through a union (1). A stop (14) of bellows stroke is installed in annular clearance (6, 7) provided with holes for passage of liquid. On the bellows (6, 7), there are corrugations of larger outer diameter installed through a definite number of corrugations with fluoroplastic rings placed on their edges and sliding along the body. With supply of gas (nitrogen, helium) through unions (2) and (3) in cavity (G1) and (G2), the bellows (6) and (7) gat compressed displace liquid from the cavity. At that, only said fluoroplastic rings are in contact with the tank inner surface.
EFFECT: increased reliability due to reduced stroke of the movable part of the bellows and the area of its contact with the body, and reparability of bellows structure at the stage of its manufacture and testing.
