SUBSTANCE: invention relates to peptides with a cytotoxic effect, of the general formula R3-Phe-D-Trp-Lys(R1)-Thr-R2, where R1 is H or t-butyloxycarbonyl; R2 is a 1-amino-adamantyl, 1-amino-(1-adamantyl)ethyl group; R3 is R4-Cys(R5) - or 3-R4-thiazolidine-4-carbonyl, where R4 is H or t-butyloxycarbonyl; R5 is H or t-butyloxycarbonyl or acetomidomethyl.
EFFECT: high resistance of peptides to enzymatic degradation; a possibility of both oral and parenteral administration to the body.
