FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns a short peptide with a cytotoxic activity of the general formula R3-Phe-D-Trp-Lys (R1)-Thr-R2, where R1 is H, t-butyloxycarbonyl; R2 is a hydroxy, methoxy, amino, hydroxyamino, aminobenzyl, 1-aminonaphthyl group; R3 - tert-butyloxycarbonyl-Cys (R4) or 3-R5-thiazolidine-4-carbonyl, where R4 - H or t-butyloxycarbonyl, acetamidomethyl; R5 - H or t-butyloxycarbonyl.
EFFECT: invention provides high cytotoxic activity and resistance to enzymatic degradation, which allows oral administration to the body, in addition to parenteral, administered subcutaneously, intravenously, intramuscularly and intraperitoneally.
