FIELD: biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: method for increase of the antibiotic sensitivity of Ent. cloaceae 200, St. albus ATCC 25923, S. enteritidisl82, E. coli ATCC 25222, Pr. Vulgaris 192, Kl. pneumonia 71 in vitro includes application of lactic acid fodder additive containing the culture of Propionobacterium freundenreichii shermanii As-103 microorganisms, obtained at different times of cultivation on day 1, 10, 20, 30. 0.5 ml of the probiotic supernatant is added to 0.5 ml of meat-peptone broth (MPB), after which 0.5 ml of MPB of the daily culture of the opportunistic microflora is introduced, the resulting solution is incubated for 18-24 hours at T=37.0±0.5°C, then the antibiotic susceptibility of microorganisms is determined on MPA with 24 types of antibacterial drugs by the discodiffusion method.

EFFECT: method application allows to increase the antibiotic susceptibility in vitro of various conditionally pathogenic microorganisms.
