FIELD: biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: method involves application of a lactic feed additive supernatant containing a culture of Lactobacillus acidophilus LA-5 microorganisms, obtained at different culture growth times on day 1, 10, 20 and 30. 0.5 ml of the lactic feed additive supernatant is added to 0.5 ml of the MPB medium, after which 0.5 ml of MPB of the daily culture of one of the opportunistic microflora strains is introduced. The resulting solution is incubated for 18-24 hours at T=37.0±0.5 °C. Then, the antibiotic susceptibility of microorganisms is determined on MPA with 24 types of antibacterial preparations by the disk-diffusion method.

EFFECT: arsenal of methods for investigation of the increase in the antibiotic susceptibility of the opportunistic microflora is expanded.
