SUBSTANCE: invention relates to increase of antibiotic susceptibility of opportunistic-pathogenic microflora. A method of increase of antibiotic susceptibility of opportunistic-pathogenic microflora by using lactic acid feed supplement, containing culture Bifidobacter longum "Б-41" in vitro, comprises adding to beef-extract broth a lactic acid feed supplement, containing a culture of opportunistic-pathogenic microflora, the resulted mix was incubated, and the determination of antibiotic susceptibility was performed by a disc diffusion method on beef-extract agar, using 24 types of antibacterial preparations.
EFFECT: increased range of methods for enhancing antibiotic susceptibility of opportunistic-pathogenic microflora in vitro.
