FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely, to plastic, reconstructive surgery, cosmetology and aesthetic medicine, and can be used for non-surgical face lifting using thrombocytic autologous plasma (TAP). To do this, a patient is taken venous blood in a volume of 36 ml with a vacuum system of blood testing through a 21G catheter. Blood is then centrifuged at an acceleration of 1000G for 5 minutes. After centrifugation, TAP is taken from the tube with a syringe and injected into the soft facial tissues with a 30G needle and length of 12 mm. Course consists of 4 procedures with a 2-week interval. In this case, 1 procedure includes: injection of TAP with papillo-infiltrative technique to a depth of 4–6 mm across the face, for each injection from 0.05–0.1 ml of TAP, then TAP is injected by bolus technique in the volume of 0.5–1 ml for each injection into myofascial points: frontal muscle to temporal connection – 0.5 ml TAP to a depth of 6 mm; orbicular muscle of eye – 0.7 ml TAP to a depth of 6 mm; chewing muscle – 1.0 ml TAP to a depth of 10 mm, nasolabial fold – multipolar technique/linear technique 0.7 ml to a depth of 6–8 mm. Then 2nd procedure is carried out 2 weeks after the first in the same volume and at the same operation points. Two weeks after the second, the 3rd procedure is carried out, which includes stimulation of facial muscles by injecting TAP into face areas: zone of the forehead and glabellar region – injections with an interval of 1.5–2 cm, a depth of 5.0–6.0 mm, for each injection 0.1–0.2 ml of TAP, the zone of the middle third of the face – injections with an interval of 2 cm, to a depth of 6.0 mm, for each injection 0.2 ml of TAP, zone around eyes – injections with an interval of 1.0 cm, a depth of 4.0 mm, for each injection of 0.05–0.1 ml of TAP, the zone of the lower third of the face – injection at intervals of 2 cm, to a depth of 5.0–6.0 mm, for each injection 0.2 ml of TAP. 2 weeks after the previous, the forth procedure is carried out – stimulation of the facial nerve trunk, at which TAP is injected in a volume of 16.0 ml into face areas: initially, 12.0 ml of TAP is injected with papillo-infiltrative and bolus technique into glabellar region, the place of frontal muscle connection with temporalis, the area of the nasolabial fold and the circumcision zone, zone of the purse-string wrinkles and the angle of the lower jaw, then inject 0.5 cm in front of the auricle external ear in a volume of 0.3 ml to a depth of 10 mm, injections along the ramus of the facial nerve – to the injection 0.3–0.4 ml, to a depth of 10 mm, the distance between the injections is 3–3.5 cm.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to achieve a significant face-lift due to muscle relaxation without surgery.
