FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to dermatology and cosmetology, and can be used in the correction of age-related changes associated with aging processes of the skin, in particular the skin of the face. The method includes radio wave exposure to a given area using a 21G cannula electrode of the Innofill apparatus, followed by the introduction of autologous platelet-rich plasma into this area. The radio wave exposure is carried out first in the defibrosis mode with the set parameters of the Innofill apparatus: power level level 5 and frequency 1 MHz, at which the cannula electrode is inserted into the hypodermis through the access point located behind the lower pre-chin packet, and its reciprocating movements are carried out in the lower layers dermis and hypodermis in different directions from the access point. Then they act in the lifting mode with the set parameters of the Innofill apparatus: power levels level 6, level 7 or level 8 and a frequency of 2 MHz, at which circular movements of the cannula electrode are carried out retrograde in the lower layers of the dermis and hypodermis in different directions from the access point. Autologous platelet-rich plasma is first injected in a volume of 0.5 ml in a linear retrograde technique through a 21G cannula electrode, which was exposed to radio waves, then the cannula electrode is removed and plasma is injected in a volume of 1-1.5 ml through a 32G needle into the papular infiltrative technique, by injecting the needle to the depth of the needle cut with an interval of 0.7-1.0 cm and the volume of injected plasma 0.05-0.1 ml for each injection. The procedure is performed once a month in a course of 2-3 procedures.
EFFECT: invention provides retraction of a skin flap (skin lifting) of the lower third of the face in 2-3 procedures with a reduction in the rehabilitation period (up to 2-7 days).
