FIELD: radio engineering, communication.
SUBSTANCE: second increment of the range-radial speed product for the scan period of radar-location stations (RLS) T0 using a digital nonrecursive filter (DNRF) or ∝, β, γ filter. The height of the ballistic object (BO) is measured in the middle of Zmid, at the beginning of z1 and at the end of zn of the observation interval. Geocentric angles between the RLS and the BO in the middle midϕmid, at the begiining ϕ1 and at the end ϕn of the observation interval, as well as gravity acceleration gmid in the middle of the observation interval are calculated. The smoothed value of the vertical speed of the BO is calculated in the middle of the observation interval on the unperturbed passive path section according to the formula . The basis of the device for implementation of the claimed method is formed by the DNRF.
EFFECT: increased accuracy of determining the vertical speed of the ballistic object in ground radar-location stations with coarse measurements of the elevation angle and range.
