SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the oil and gas production industry, namely to information and measurement systems with advanced engineering functions for conducting of geological and technological studies of oil and gas wells. Mobile station for geological and technological research (GTR) for a supervisor includes a hardware and software package required by a supervisor for the GTR implementation in drilling and down-hole operations. Possessing the authority and status of the customer's representative, the supervisor formulates timely recommendations and takes corrective actions based on the primary, not interpreted, information of the GTR in real time. Provision is made to configure, check, adjust, and control the station from the situational center at any distance from the facility. Station includes a risk management system with algorithms for assessing the effectiveness of operations and early recognition and prevention of complications and accidents.

EFFECT: technical result is the improvement of technical and economic indicators of drilling and down hole works (development, current and major repairs of wells) by reducing the risks of accidents and complications, the time for their elimination and the combination of professions (geo-supervision).
