SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil and gas industry, namely to systems for monitoring construction of oil and gas wells and control of drilling operations. System comprises a set of aggregation servers with aggregated data in a standard format, wherein each data aggregation server has a data storage, a set of analytical tools, a knowledge base at the well site, a local server at the remote location. Local server stores mirror copies of data stored on data aggregation servers and has a set of processing and analysis subsystems. Local server is controlled by a single digital platform, which includes a developer interface, through which all authorized data providers gain access to a single digital platform with the ability to integrate their systems into a single platform, with the possibility of creating API for interconnection of its systems with resources of a single digital platform, as well as with possibility of creation for own systems of own interfaces in basic user interface of single digital platform.

EFFECT: reduction of drilling time and reduction of risks of accidents and complications, optimization of technological processes, automation of data flow analysis and control of separate processes during well drilling.
