FIELD: weapons and ammunition.
SUBSTANCE: method includes the following transitions: cold stamping of a circular billet with diameter 45 mm, length approximately 100 mm for the production of the tail part with an intermediate heat treatment in a salt bath; sphere moving stamping with an intermediate heat treatment in a salt bath; progressive rolling on a conical mandrel with force applied to the side opposite to the direction of rocket rotation in flight; heat treatment in salt bath; moulding into a polyurethane matrix; machining in size.
EFFECT: invention improves the action of lining in composition of shaped charge and reduces the influence of the own rotation of cumulative charge by creating a residual shear stress and the anisotropy of lining material properties.
