FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: thermomechanical treatment is implemented at ten stages with multiple heating up to temperature higher or lower the temperature of polymorphic transformation and deformation during the cooling process up to temperature lower the polymorphic transformation. Some stages of treatment are implemented with changing of deformation direction at alternation of compression and drawing out, that provides elimination of various oriented malfunctions, to achieve more uniform chemical composition and creation of isotropic structure. Implementation of ten stages of treatment provides receiving of high complex of stable mechanical properties at elevated temperatures.
EFFECT: reduction of parts' mass, increasing of effective load of aircrafts, and increasing of maintainability.
