SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy field and can be sued in aerospace and rocket engineering for manufacturing of containers, bodies, fairing, covering, envelopes, bottoms. At the first stage it is implemented heating up to the temperature (Tpt+170÷Tpt+270)°C, deformation with degree 60 - 90%, at the second stage - heating up to the temperature (Tpt+70÷Tpt+200)°C, deformation with degree 50 - 70%, at the third stage - heating up to the temperature (Tpt-20÷Tpt-40)°C, deformation with degree 20 - 40 %, at the fourth stage - heating up to the temperature (Tpt+20÷Tpt+50)°C, deformation with degree 30 - 60 %, at the fifth stage - heating up to the temperature (Tpt-20÷Tpt-40)°C, deformation with degree 20 - 50 %, at the sixth stage- heating up to the temperature (Tpt+20÷Tpt+50)°C, deformation with degree 40 - 70 %, at the seventh stage - heating up to the temperature (Tpt-20÷Tpt-40)°C, deformation with degree 30 - 70 %, at the eights stage - heating up to the temperature (Tpt-70÷Tpt+70)°C, deformation with degree 40 - 90 %, at the ninth stage - heating up to the temperature (Tpt-170÷Tpt-220)°C, deformation with degree 30 - 70 %, it is repeated four times, at the tenth stage - heating up to the temperature (Tpt-170÷Tpt-270)°C, deformation with degree 2 - 10 %, where Tpt- temperature of polymorphic transformation.

EFFECT: for increasing of fracture strength level at simultaneous increasing of ultimate stress limit and increasing of acceptable degree of deformation thermomechanical treatment of all is implemented for ten stages.
