FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and surgery. Endovideososurgical removal of prostatic adenoma by extraperitoneal approach is performed. Optical trocar and two working trocars are introduced in the retropubic space. Insufflation of carbon dioxide is carried out. Neck of the bladder is separated from the capsule of the prostate to the inner opening of the urethra. Adenomatous nodes are excised by a laparoscopic dissector with simultaneous vascular coagulation. Prostatic urethra is sutured with a continuous circular seam. Series of separate nodal sutures are applied to the neck of the bladder and the capsule of the prostate.
EFFECT: method reduces traumatism of the operation, shortens the rehabilitation period, reduces the number of postoperative complications, risk of postoperative stricture of the urethra and bladder neck.
