SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to surgery, and may be applicable for carrying out laparoscopic radical prostatectomy with preservation of the retropubic space. Open the parietal peritoneum in the space between the posterior wall of the bladder and the rectum. Removal of the prostate is made through access to the cystic rectal fossa, which is penetrated through the gap between the posterior wall of the prostate and the anterior wall of the rectum. For access, the back wall of the prostate is separated from the anterior wall of the rectum to the level of the apex of the prostate gland, respectively, and the bladder neck with an internal opening of the urethra is isolated, and the bladder from the prostate is cut off in the area of the internal opening of the urethra, thereby exposing the front surface of the prostate, puboprostatic ligaments with the venous plexus of Santorini shift towards the pubic symphysis, exposing the region of the prostate apex with the urethra and the membranous sphincter region. Remove the prostate, cutting it directly from its top.
EFFECT: method allows to reduce the trauma, reduce the risk of urinary incontinence in the postoperative period.
