SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to a hydraulic gear motor, gear pump or a continuously variable transmissions. Transmission (1) comprises at least one pump and at least one hydraulic motor. At least one pump, or a hydraulic motor is with the continuously variable parameters. Transmission (1) consists of input shaft (4) and one or more output shafts with equal or proportional continuously variable regulation of rotational speed. Transmission (1) may be constructed as a centralized – one piece, or de-centralized. Pump and the hydraulic motor can be of the same design or different. Gear pump with a continuously variable flow rate comprises at least one shaft (4), which holds inner rotor (8), that is inserted into outer rotor (7). Rotors (7), (8) are mutually movable in the axial direction. Rotor (8) is provided from the both sides with sliding seal (9) with the shift screw and sliding seal (10) with compensatory cylinders, are secured by snap locks (15) with a latch and a spring.
EFFECT: group of inventions is aimed to create a continuous transmissions.
