SUBSTANCE: system includes a body 1 and a monitor 17, equipped with a touch glass, a bill acceptor 2, an article receiving and dispensing chamber 4, a device 6 for article photography with image saving in the computer's memory, interconnected via the system unit 29, as well as a testing unit - devices 7 and 8 with the determination of the article standard, its weight and uniformity of the alloy composition, a unit 16 for article cost calculation with data output to the monitor 17 screen, a customer identification unit with document scanning, a contract formation unit with a printer to print it. The financial unit 16 is further provided with a device 23 for calculation of the collateral, the loan period and the interest rate value, a device 26 for client notification of the end of the loan term. The contract formation unit is further provided with a device 25 for security ticket printing, and the article testing unit is further equipped with devices 13 and 14 for article cleaning and drying.

EFFECT: expanded functionality of the system due to new functions of the system concerning the possibility of calculation of the collateral, the interest rate, client notification about the end of the loan term, security ticket printing, article cleaning and drying.
