SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to complex automated systems for providing services to individuals. System includes a cyber office, processing and control centre, logistic center, service and collection centers. Communication computer and the control computer of the cyber office are connected with ADSL by a modem-router. Communication computer is connected to and controls a data display, a touch monitor, a Web-camera, an acoustic system and a vandal-resistant tube. Control computer is connected to and controls the device for storing and distributing SIM-cards, a scanner, a printer, a special fiscal recorder, a keyboard for typing a PIN-code, a money receiver, a writing tool having a written sensor controlling the capacity of the writing element to leave a mark (write), and a USB port necessary to use an alternative personal authentication means, a stack for documents with a built-in scanner and a filling sensor, which is intended for storing and automatic scanning when a signed copy of the contract is received. Also, the processing and control centre is equipped with a Web-camera with a built-in microphone, a keyboard, a printer, a scanner, a headset, and a centre of logistics of service and collection is additionally equipped with a monitor, a printer, an information panel, a keyboard. Verification of the customer's identity on the bases of the provided identification is performed by the process and control centre directly via the Web-camera of the cyber office via online web translation, recognition of the data in the provided identification document and filling of the contract is performed by the processing and control centre, scanning of the signed contract is carried out directly in the stack for documents with a built-in scanner and a filling sensor which sends a signal to the centre of logistics, service and collection indicating that the stack has been filled, the centre logistics, service and collection is notified of faults by sending a signal from the cyber office directly to the centre of logistics, service and collection and/or through the centre of process and control.

EFFECT: wider range of self-service technical means for a subscriber using the services provided by a cellular communication companies outside their offices.
