SUBSTANCE: inventions relate to shipbuilding, namely to marine vessels used in the production of petroleum products. Embodiments of the invention include a detachable floating turret mooring for a floating production platform, storage and shipment of oil, prone to damage in collisions between the buoy and the turret cage during the docking and undocking operations. Therefore, there is a need for a rapid departure of the buoy from the turret on the floating platform during the undocking operation. Cage of the turret buoy has some degree of permeability, which ensures the flow of seawater from outside the receiver to the interior space of the receiver. This water supply neutralizes the suction force and allows to quickly disconnect the buoy from the turret of the floating platform, minimizing the time during which the uncontrollable collisions of the buoy with the floating platform are most likely. Filling a part of the turret over the wharf buoy with water before releasing the buoy also reduces the time for the buoy to move.
EFFECT: rapid disengagement of the buoy from the turret of the floating platform is achieved.
