SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aerospace engineering and may be used in designing spacecraft for various purposes. Method of assembling spacecraft on a tool in the form of a pipe comprises installing support panels in XOY planes, installing instrument panels on the support panels with fixing, mounting rigidity support panels in the XOZ plane to the instrument panels, mounting the astronaut panel in the ZOY plane to the tool, instrument panels and rigidity support panels. Access panels are installed with their fastening to the astronaut panels and instrument panels. During installation operations, fastening between the panels and process equipment is carried out using angles and brackets. Task is to create a new assembly unit that has less weight, high accuracy, along with increased reliability and maximum simplification of the assembly process.

EFFECT: technical result of the invention easy mounting and assembly of the structure, shorter assembly time of the spacecraft.
