FIELD: production technology of spacecraft (SC).
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the assembly of a spacecraft consisting of service system modules (SSM) and payload (PM). The proposed method involves the assembly of support panel structures (SPS) on process equipment. After assembling the SPS, they are fixed using a device to ensure structural rigidity. Then the equipment is dismantled and the SPS is installed on the central power part of the SSM, after which the technological device is also dismantled. Then vertical honeycomb panels are installed, matching their seats with the SSM, PM and SPS. The method makes it possible to ensure the rigidity of the military-industrial complex for the period of storage, transportation and installation work.
EFFECT: simplification and reduction of installation time not only of the SPS on the central part of the SSM, but also of other equipment at the final stage of spacecraft assembly.
