SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemical and pharmaceutical industry and is a wound healing composition comprising nanoparticles as an active ingredient, and polyethylene glycols as a base, characterized in that as an active ingredient it additionally contains iodine in combination with polyvinylpyrrolidone, novocaine and iron-based nanoparticles Fe3O4 and FeC, a mixture of polyethylene oxides with molecular weights of 400 and 1,000 and ethyl alcohol is used as the water-soluble base.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to create a soft dosage form based on iron nanoparticles for the treatment of thermal lesions of the skin and soft tissues complicated by the infectious process, which simultaneously has antiseptic action due to iodoform groups, local anesthetic effect due to the presence of novocaine and prolonged action due to the presence of a polyvinylpyrrolidone matrix.
