FIELD: medicine; pharmaceuticals.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemical-pharmaceutical industry and concerns the development of compositions of soft dosage forms and technology for production thereof based on a silver salt of a sulphanilamide preparation, for treating (removing microbial content and accelerating epithelization) infected wounds of various genes (burns, purulent wounds, trophic ulcers, bedsores, diabetic foot syndrome, etc.). Disclosed are compositions of ointments based on a silver salt of sulphadimidine containing silver in ion form, or a silver salt of sulphadimidine modified with silver nanoparticles, wherein the hydrophilic base used is an emulsion based on propylene glycol (oil-in-water type), and a method for production thereof.

EFFECT: effectiveness of time increases and the effect of the ointment is enhanced, the optimal distribution of the drug substance in the wound, the proper outflow of the wound contents and the absence of a "greenhouse effect" are ensured; ointment has an antiseptic property in relation to pathogenic microflora and anesthetic action for creation of optimum microclimate in the wound; invention has high anti-burn activity, low prime cost and long storage life.
