FIELD: nanotechnologies; medicine; food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to nanotechnology, medicine and the food industry, namely to a method for producing AECOL nanocapsules in which agar-agar is used as the nanocapsule envelope, and AECOL is used as the core, and the core/shell ratio is 1:1, or 1:3, or 3:1, or 1:5. According to the proposed method, AECOL is added to a suspension of agar-agar in isopropanol in the presence of 0.01 g of E472c as a surfactant, then stirred at 1,300 rpm, after 10 ml of 1,2-dichloroethane are added, after which the resulting suspension is filtered off and dried at room temperature.
EFFECT: invention provides simplification and acceleration of the process of obtaining nanocapsules and a reduction in losses in the preparation of nanocapsules.
