FIELD: nanotechnologies.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of nanotechnology, in particular to a process for preparing nanocapsules, and describes a process for preparing spirulina nanocapsules in a shell of sodium alginate. Process is characterized in that the spirulina powder is slowly added to a slurry of sodium alginate in butanol in the presence of 0.01 g of E472c as a surfactant, followed by stirring at 1,000 rpm, after which 1,2-dichloroethane is added, after which the resulting suspension is filtered off and dried at room temperature, wherein the core: shell weight ratio is 1:1, or 1:3, or 1:5.
EFFECT: method provides a simplification and acceleration of the process of obtaining nanocapsules, a reduction in losses in the preparation of nanocapsules and can be used in the pharmaceutical and food industries.
