FIELD: pharmaceutics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to omeprazole pellet, process for its preparation, oral solid composition, use of pellet and method for treating and/or preventing gastrointestinal disorder. Pellet according to the claimed invention comprises a core of inert bead coated with a layer of omeprazole, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, disodium phosphate dihydrate and talc, Intermediate layer and layer of enteric coating. Pellet of omeprazole is characterized by, that the mass fraction of the enteric coating is from 20 % w/w up to 40 % w/w in relation to the total mass, pellets and inert beads have a diameter from 0.7 mm to 0.9 mm.
EFFECT: implementation of the invention will allow to obtain a dosage form of omeprazole with improved stability.
