FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the measurement of equipment, particularly to temperature measurement, and can be used, for example, for the calibration of resistance thermometers, including thermal resistance transducers: metal and semiconductor thermistors (thermistors, thermoresistance): thermistors, posistors. In the proposed method of dynamic calibration of resistance of thermometers, which consists of comparison of the varying, due to the temperature change of the calibration medium, parameters of the model and graduated resistance thermometers, with their simultaneous measurement and registration (documentation), as a model of standard resistance thermometer, a resistance thermometer is used that has an index of thermal inertia similar to the index of thermal inertia of the graduated resistance thermometers. Temperature variation of the calibration medium is produced by two temperature cycles of heating and cooling or cooling and heating, at the beginning and at the end of each of them, the indication of the upper or lower temperature of the calibration interval, respectively, is achieved by a sample resistance thermometer. In addition, in the proposed method of dynamic calibration of resistance thermometers when calibrating of resistance thermometers that do not match the forward and reverse (hysteresis) calibration characteristics of the resistance thermometers for direct (heating) and reverse (cooling) changes in the temperature of the medium, the change in the temperature of the calibration medium in the temperature cycles is carried out monotonically, and the calibration of the resistance thermometers that have coinciding straight and inverse (no-hysteresis) calibration characteristics, are carried out in one cycle of heating or cooling.
EFFECT: accuracy increase in the calibration of resistance thermometers, simplification of implementation and reduction of the complexity of calibration and cutting time for the calibration of resistance thermometers, especially batches of resistance thermometers that have individual characteristics and require individual calibrations, providing the formation of direct and inverse calibration characteristics of resistance thermometers.
