FIELD: oil industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil production and can be used to account production rates of oil wells by both mobile and stationary measuring units equipped with Coriolis flowmeters-counters and flow hygrometers. Technical result is achieved by the fact that in the method an oil separating calibration vessel is filled with oil well production to separate into free oil gas and water-oil mixture. Free gas volume of the gas flow is measured by flowmeter-counter in the open gas measurement line with the liquid line closed, well production is stopped after filling the separation calibration tank with the separated water-oil mixture to the set level and the gas measurement line is closed. Water-oil mixture is soaked in a separating calibrated tank for a given time to ensure the discharge of a part of free gas, the rate of production of the water-oil mixture (crude oil) is determined, water flow rate and flow rate according to the volume of oil gas reduced to standard conditions, based on the results of measurements and calculations of the water-oil mixture mass and the volume fraction of water in the water-oil mixture. At the end of the set time, the fluid line is opened and the water-oil mixture is pumped out of the separation calibrated tank by a suction pump, which is installed in the liquid measurement line, the liquid measurement line and pumping the water-oil mixture by the suction pump are stopped. Pressure and temperature of the residual gas are measured in a separating calibrated vessel and the volume of the residual gas in the separation calibrated container is determined after the water-oil mixture is pumped out. Offered method for measuring the flow rate of oil well production in comparison with the prototype makes it possible to exclude the additional error in measuring the water-oil mixture mass by Coriolis flowmeters-counters and the volume fraction of water-flow humidity meter by ensuring the separation of residual gas in the separation calibrated tank from the measured water-oil mixture and taking into account the volume of the separated residual gas as a result of measuring the volume of free oil gas in the production of oil wells.
EFFECT: technical effect of the proposed technical solution: to increase the accuracy of determining the mass of oil by measuring devices including Coriolis flowmeters and flow humidity meters by removing the residual gas from the water-oil mixture and determining the volume of the residual gas as an improvement to the results of measurements of free-gas volume.
