FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction materials and can be used for the production of mortars and unfired construction products, for example facade tiles. Raw mix containing cement, sand, press powder, "RED" pigment and water; as sand, it contains crushed combat of refractory molds from aluminothermic welding of railway rails, represented by quartz sand with unburned organic binder residues up to 3 %, screened on the No. 1 screen, and additionally contains dust of secondary crushed stone crushed to a specific surface of 430 m2/kg, at the following ratio of the components of the raw mix, %: cement – 10.0–12.0, crushed combat of refractory molds – 37.0–39.0, press powder – 9.0–10.0, “RED” pigment – 2.0–4.0, dust of secondary crushed stone – 20.0–21.0, water – the rest.
EFFECT: technical result is the creation of a raw mix for mortars and facade tiles with a lowered coefficient of thermal conductivity.
